SAN/NAS Summit 2005/2006

SAN/NAS Summit holds annual conferences based on mass storage and media through five major cities in Canada. Over the past three years, Medium Rare Inc. has trusted Outward Web Solutions with the Registration systems and Dynamic Web solutions that have helped make the Summit a success.

Once again, the site is being redesigned, and updated with current information regarding this years events.

Access Advertising Management is a leading advertising and PR agency that specializes in the technology sector. Some of their client base includes ACCPAC, Palm Computing, Hummingbird etc.

In order to promote their services and showcase their work, Access needed a dynamically driven site that would enable visitors to view hundreds of different designs from their client portfolios. Because they are designing new campaigns on a regular basis they wanted their site to be updated on a regular basis and they wanted these updates to be done by their own staff. The site is now an integral part of the agencies efforts in securing new business.

MediumRare is a marketing services organization whose primary business is organizing conferences and trade shows. The mandate for the companies web site was two fold. First they wanted potential sponsors and exhibitors to have easy access to information about their events, and target markets and to encourage them to participate as sponsors. Secondly, the company needed a registration component for their attendees that would qualify the registrants while at the same time supply important demographic information for future marketing efforts. It was imperative that the organizers had real time access to the registrants in order to adjust any marketing initiatives they needed.

As a result of the this dynamic site, the company has been able to keep its head count and payroll to a minimum while maintaining a superior level of service to both its sponsors and attendees.

SNIA Canada

The Storage Networking Industry Association of Canada is the sister organization to the Association of the same name based in the United States. SNIA's goal is to ensure that storage networks become complete and trusted solutions across the IT community. SNIA works towards this goal by forming and sponsoring technical work groups and by promoting activities that expand the breadth and quality of the storage networking market.

Through its years of participating in the SAN/NAS conferences, SNIA has seen the quality and results that Outward Web Solutions has provided, and has commissioned us to complete the Canadian SNIA portal.

Through this web site, Diane Young has been able to display her talents and gain the appreciation of others, leading to commissioned works, and features in various galleries.

Though this site was completed months ago, Diane Young has realized the potential of her public expressions and has decided to update with more of her pieces.

Forefront Graphics Corporation was an independent distributor of Video and Graphics equipment and software located in Toronto, Ontario. Their initial web site was a klutter of poorly organized product information that was constantly outdated. Outward has since re-engineered Forefront's site into a dynamic tool that provides its customers with current news and product information on a timely basis. Product information, pricing and up to date news can now be accessed through the site. Updates to the site are easily done by in house staff without the need for technical knowledge.

Forefront has since been acquired by Bell Microproducts. The Forefront web site is still active today and continues to serve its customers throughout Canada.
